Refund policy

Refund Policy:

A refund will be provided if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of purchase after this period the ticket is strictly non refundable unless the course in cancelled or rescheduled. If you wish to cancel your ticket within the 14 day period after purchase please email info@thevoicepractitioners.com and we will action this for you (please allow for 5 working days for a refund to be sent from our website provider to your original payment method)

If you wish to change the name of the person attending please also email info@thevoicepractitioners.com and we can action this at any point up until 2 days before the course is due to take place.
